   What is the extent of my vision loss?

   What other changes can I expect?

   How quickly is my Age-related Macular Degeneration                      (AMD) progressing to advanced AMD?

   Are both eyes affected?

   Are there any medical or surgical treatments that might   help?

   What changes or symptoms should I be watching for?

   Should I see a specialist in low vision?

   What can I do to help protect my vision?

   Should I be taking an AREDS formula supplement as           part of my plan?

   Are there lifestyle changes I should consider to help           reduce my risk of progression?
